West Frankfort is hosting their first home playoff game in 18 years Saturday when Roxana comes to town. The Redbirds got the six seed after beating Sparta 66-41 with Lucas Parker scoring six touchdowns. Jase Bennett had a huge night too with a long punt return and a touchdown catch. Sparta missed the playoffs again but still had their best season in a long time. Both teams are 6-3 and finished fourth in their conferences. Kickoff is at 2:30 Saturday at Johnson Field.
