Carterville Shocks Marion, Rockets to #2 🚀 | Ballin4God Rankings

In this week’s Ballin4God rankings, we already see plenty of movement. The Cahokia Comanches remain at the top, but with several big upsets and surprising outcomes, there’s a lot of shuffling below them.

The Carterville Lions pulled off a huge 35–34 upset at home over the Marion Wildcats, vaulting them all the way up to #2, while Marion drops five spots to #7. Meanwhile, Benton, Centralia, DuQuoin, and Johnston City all earned home wins, which helped each of them climb in the rankings.

Despite a last-second road win at Carlyle, the Nashville Hornets slide down to #10. On the outside looking in are Carbondale and Chester. The Terriers are coming off a rivalry win, 21–13, over Murphysboro, a loss that pushes the Red Devils out of the rankings.
