Hancock Leads Centralia Past Mt. Vernon One Last Time In The South Seven

Centralia Orphans junior Jaxson Hancock wins our Joe’s Pizza & Pasta Player of the Week for January 26-31.

Hancock averaged 14.5 points, 7.5 assists, 6.5 rebounds and scored 20 points in the road win at Mt. Vernon. That was the last time Centralia and Mt. Vernon will play as South Seven conference opponents. With the win on the road at Changon Gymnasium, which ended the Rams 33-game home win streak, and then the Orphans beating Waltonville 60-47 at the Panther Showcase.
