The Benton Rangers remain atop the Ballin4God rankings for the third straight week after winning a slugfest at home against the previously No. 3 ranked DuQuoin Indians, 17-7. The Indians have now dropped to No. 5 in the rankings. Full game highlights are live on YouTube from Benton vs. DuQuoin.

The Carterville Lions stay steady at No. 2, with Marion sliding in right behind them after a dominant 56-24 win at Althoff Catholic. The Johnston City Indians move up one spot to No. 4 after staying undefeated with a 36-6 win over Eldorado.

Cahokia remains at No. 6 but will have a chance to make their case for a higher ranking as they travel to Marion this week for a top-10 matchup. Richland County stays unbeaten and climbs one spot to No. 8 after a 57-19 win against Marshall. Centralia also moves up one spot following a decisive victory over Granite City. Despite winning, the Nashville Hornets drop two spots to round out the top 10. Just outside the rankings is Flora, finishing one point shy of tying Nashville for the final spot. Waterloo, Chester, Mt. Vernon, and Massac County also received votes.
